RETURN, REFUND/EXCHANGES & WARRANTY POLICIES
By visiting our shop and purchasing something from us,
you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”),
including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers,
merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service.
It is your responsibility to check this periodically for changes.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT:
In case of a Misplaced and Defective Product:
- Check the item in front of the salesman. If the wrong product or defective product is found, it can be returned immediately to the salesman.
- Please do not break the seal of your product & keep the packaging, invoice and product box.
IN CASE THE CUSTOMER CHANGES HIS/HER MIND:
- Once you have taken the product, left the shop, and unboxed it, changes of mind are not applicable. You cannot return the product simply because you no longer wish to keep it.
- Please note that the quality of the product is dependent on the brand and manufacturer. If you are dissatisfied with the product quality after leaving the shop, you cannot return the product on those grounds.
WARRANTY POLICY:
- Depending on the products. warranty shall follow the warranty and applicable terms and conditions as provided by the manufacturer unless we have provided you an explicit written warranty regarding the product.
- If you encounter any issues with the product during the warranty period, you have the option to visit our store or contact the manufacturer mentioned on the warranty card to file a warranty claim.
- For warranty claims, warranty cards, cash memos and entire products box and accessories must be shown.
- The Warranty shall be null and void in any of the following cases, and in such cases the manufacturer may at its sole discretion repair the equipment on a chargeable basis. The decision of manufacturer will be final whether a complaint falls in any of these categories or not shall be binding on the purchaser:
- If the completed warranty card is not presented to the service engineer when a repair is being undertaken or requested, it may affect the warranty coverage.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to defects caused by improper use, as determined by authorized service center/company personnel.
- Any modification or alteration made to the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by company personnel, will void the warranty.
- The original warranty card and purchase documents must be produced at the time of a service request to avail of warranty coverage.
- Warranty coverage is not applicable if there is any rewriting on the warranty card or invoice copy.
REFUND/EXCHANGE:
- In terms of replacement (products defect issue), if the product is out of stock, you can claim refund for the order.
- A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the period as stipulated in the invoice or equivalent document provided by us.
- In terms of a misplaced or defective product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, and intact condition (as received while purchase).
- If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 5-7 working days through the same payment channel that you used for the payment.
- If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide support right away.
Privacy Policy
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase or attempt to purchase, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), payment information, email address, and phone number.
We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
“Personal Information” refers to both electronic Information and order information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Information that we collect generally to fulfill any purchase (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may pass your details on to other companies in our group. We may also pass your details to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in our privacy policy. For example, we may use third parties to analyze data and to provide us with marketing or customer service assistance.
We may exchange information with third parties for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may transfer our databases containing your personal information if we sell our business or part of it. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall NOT sell or disclose your data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent unless this is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or unless we are required to do so by law or request of law enforcement agencies or court order.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. At any stage, you also have the right to ask us to stop using your data for direct marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records as per the requirement laid by the concerned law and rules-regulations.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
GOVERNING LAW
All customer-service provider relations, services, product handling, payments, and related activities shall adhere to the laws, rules, regulations, and regulatory directives in force in Bangladesh.

রিটার্ন এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট:
একটি ভুল পণ্য এবং ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে:
- বিক্রয়কর্মীর সামনে জিনিসটি পরীক্ষা করুন। যদি ভুল পণ্য বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাওয়া যায়, তা অবিলম্বে বিক্রয়কর্মীর কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
- অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার পণ্যের সীল ভাঙ্গবেন না এবং প্যাকেজিং, চালান এবং পণ্যের বাক্স রাখুন।
যদি গ্রাহক তার মন পরিবর্তন করে:
- একবার আপনি পণ্যটি নিয়ে গেলে, দোকান থেকে বেরিয়ে গেলে এবং এটিকে আনবক্স করলে, মানসিক পরিবর্তন প্রযোজ্য নয়। আপনি পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন না কারণ আপনি এটি আর রাখতে চান না।
- দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে পণ্যের গুণমান ব্র্যান্ড এবং প্রস্তুতকারকের উপর নির্ভর করে। আপনি যদি দোকান ছেড়ে যাওয়ার পরে পণ্যের গুণমান নিয়ে অসন্তুষ্ট হন তবে আপনি সেই ভিত্তিতে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন না।
ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি:
- পণ্যের উপর নির্ভর করে। ওয়্যারেন্টিটি প্রস্তুতকারকের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টি এবং প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলী অনুসরণ করবে যদি না আমরা আপনাকে পণ্য সম্পর্কিত একটি স্পষ্ট লিখিত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করি।
- যদি আপনি ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে পণ্যের সাথে কোন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন, তাহলে আপনার কাছে আমাদের দোকানে যাওয়ার বিকল্প আছে বা ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ডে উল্লিখিত প্রস্তুতকারকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করার বিকল্প রয়েছে৷
- ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির জন্য, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, নগদ মেমো এবং সম্পূর্ণ পণ্যের বাক্স এবং আনুষাঙ্গিকগুলি অবশ্যই দেখাতে হবে৷
- নিম্নলিখিত যে কোনও ক্ষেত্রে ওয়্যারেন্টিটি বাতিল এবং অকার্যকর হবে এবং এই ক্ষেত্রে প্রস্তুতকারক তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে চার্জযোগ্য ভিত্তিতে সরঞ্জামগুলি মেরামত করতে পারে৷ প্রস্তুতকারকের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হবে যে কোনও অভিযোগ এই শ্রেণীগুলির মধ্যে পড়ে কিনা বা না তা ক্রেতার জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক হবে:
- মেরামত করা বা অনুরোধ করার সময় যদি সম্পূর্ণ ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ডটি পরিষেবা প্রকৌশলীর কাছে উপস্থাপন করা না হয়, তাহলে এটি ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে।
- ওয়্যারেন্টি কভারেজ অনুপযুক্ত ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট ত্রুটিগুলির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়, যেমন অনুমোদিত পরিষেবা কেন্দ্র/কোম্পানীর কর্মীদের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হয়৷
- ক্রয়কারী বা অননুমোদিত কর্মীদের দ্বারা সার্কিট্রিতে করা যেকোনো পরিবর্তন বা পরিবর্তন, কোম্পানির কর্মীদের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত, ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ পাওয়ার জন্য পরিষেবার অনুরোধের সময় আসল ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড এবং ক্রয়ের নথিগুলি অবশ্যই প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড বা ইনভয়েস কপিতে কোনো পুনর্লিখন থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
ফেরত/ এক্সচেঞ্জ:
- রিপ্লেসমেন্টের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে (পণ্যের ত্রুটির সমস্যা), যদি পণ্যটি স্টকের বাইরে থাকে, আপনি অর্ডারের জন্য ফেরত দাবি করতে পারেন।
- একটি রিফান্ড নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে যদি আমাদের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত চালান বা সমতুল্য নথিতে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ফেরতের জন্য অনুরোধ করা হয়।
- একটি ভুল পণ্য বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, পণ্য সিল করা আবশ্যক, মোড়ানো, এবং অক্ষত অবস্থায় (ক্রয়ের সময় প্রাপ্ত হিসাবে)।
- রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ অনুমোদিত হলে, আমরা আপনার অর্থ ফেরত দেব ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সেই একই পেমেন্ট চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে যা আপনি অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহার করেছিলেন।
- আপনি যদি একটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আইটেম পেয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং আমরা এখনই সহায়তা প্রদান করব৷
গোপনীয়তা নীতি:
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমরা সংগ্রহ করি
আপনি যখন কেনাকাটা করেন বা কেনার চেষ্টা করেন, তখন আমরা আপনার নাম, বিলিং ঠিকানা, শিপিং ঠিকানা (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়), অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য, ইমেল ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর সহ আপনার কাছ থেকে কিছু তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি।

আপনি যখন একটি অর্ডার দেন, আমরা সংশ্লিষ্ট আইন এবং বিধি-বিধান দ্বারা নির্ধারিত প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী আমাদের রেকর্ডের জন্য আপনার অর্ডারের তথ্য বজায় রাখব।
পরিবর্তন
আমরা প্রতিফলিত করার জন্য সময়ে সময়ে এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি আপডেট করতে পারি, উদাহরণস্বরূপ, আমাদের অনুশীলনে পরিবর্তন বা অন্যান্য কার্যকরী, আইনি বা নিয়ন্ত্রক কারণে।
সরকারি আইন
সমস্ত গ্রাহক-পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী সম্পর্ক, পরিষেবা, পণ্য পরিচালনা, অর্থপ্রদান, এবং সম্পর্কিত কার্যক্রম বাংলাদেশে বলবৎ আইন, বিধি, প্রবিধান এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক নির্দেশাবলী মেনে চলবে।
